I think this is a well written commercial that sums it up rather nicely.

This is a fantastic ad on many levels. First of all it includes everybody: pro and amateur, black and white, good and bad, rich and poor, home and casino. The photography, though a little dark (my only negative criticism) is excellent with well-thought out camera angles. The mucked kings being caught in mid bounce... really good. This should be an ad for poker itself really.
